Produced by a Small family farm based close to Campos Altos. Stretching over 28 hectares they have a strong environmental focus, concentrating on the preservation of local water sources and indigenous plants. Try our Brazil singe origin from the Shoetown Origins Series.

Our guides are a great starting point for more consistently great cups of coffee but every machine is different, the grinder you use and even the water can have a huge effect on your cup so make sure you play around with the recipes until you hit the perfect cup for you.

Dose 18g Coffee to pull a 38g Shot, you're looking for an extraction time of around 30 seconds. If it's taking longer or pulling too slowly, try a coarser grind. If it brews too quickly, try a finer grind.

If something is not quite right with your order you’ve got 14 days to exchange or send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with any tags and packaging. We are unable to reimburse/cover postage costs.
