3. Placing Orders

3.1 Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed. A binding contract is formed upon this confirmation.

3.2 Age Restrictions: By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and accept responsibility for the purchase. For subscriptions or ongoing orders, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

3.3 Stock Availability: If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices: All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Payments must be cleared before dispatch.

4.3 Errors: In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We’re delighted to deliver Shoetown Coffee directly to your door, and we’ve crafted a shipping policy that ensures reliable service, cost efficiency, and flexibility.

5.2 UK Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: For orders under £45, we offer a flat rate of £3.50 via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £45! (Only available for shipping in the UK)

5.3 International Shipping
We ship globally! Rates vary based on your location and the weight of your order:
Europe: Starting at £12 for orders up to 1kg.
Worldwide: Rates start at £15 for small items.
Please note we do not currently offer shipping 2kg or over to countries outside of the UK.
Please note we do not offer free shipping outside of the UK.

5.4 Order Processing and Tracking
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Cancellation Rights: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bespoke manufactured products such as coffee cannot be returned. Once an order for coffee has been placed we are unable to offer a refund. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, unless the product is perishable or customised (e.g., bespoke coffee blends).

6.2 Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty.

6.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Liability
